SOPHROLOGY & STREET ART

You are happily invited to celebrate the union of two wonderful techniques: sophrology and street art. Why is this marriage so perfect?
First of all, there's the power of spray paint colors. Colors influence productivity, creativity, fashion, decoration, and more fields of activities. They also influence cognitive functions such as learning, concentration, memory, motor skills, language, and more. A client who views a work of street art will never see colors the same way again. Indeed, they have a psychological effect on their body and inner world. When the client looks at a vibrant color, their eye is drawn to the light and energy it gives off, and they instantly feel invigorated and alive.
Through sophrology and breathing exercises, the brain decodes colors and associates them with what the body needs at the present moment: relaxation and calmness, serenity, creativity, energy, vitality, determination, concentration, self-confidence, etc. It conditions them to act and move forward to improve their quality of life on a daily basis and rediscover themselves in a fun way.
Where did this idea come from?
I have a deep respect and admiration for the world of graffiti. I've photographed the works of several artists across France, Europe, and the United States, and it naturally became a passion.
As a bilingual (French/English) sophrologist specializing in mental preparation, I came up with the idea of combining the benefits of walking, mindful breathing exercises, and muscle relaxation with the energy and introspection brought by contemplating an urban work.
According to several recent studies, regular walking:
increases life expectancy,
slows cognitive decline,
helps prevent depression and better manage stress and emotions on a daily basis.
Who are invited to this fabulous wedding? Urban art enthusiasts (street art), wellness technique aficionados, and the curious who are ready to experience something unique.
Where will this perfect wedding take place? In Paris, outdoors, or in the artist's studio (VIP access).
Stay tuned to my Instagram account for upcoming walking tour dates. Places will be limited.
Take your well-being seriously, my dear Sophro Lovers, no one will do it for you!
***NB: It is neither art therapy nor chromatotherapy (“color cure”).
